How do I get an update on my order?
You can get an update on the status of your order in the ‘My Account’ section at any time. What’s more, we will send you an email the moment your order leaves from our warehouse.
I have a promotion/discount code. How do I use it for an online purchase?
Please enter the code in the ‘Shopping Cart’ section to enjoy your discount.
How can I exchange/return an item purchased online?
You can exchange/return your order within 10 days of receiving it. This includes exchanging the item for another size or to request a refund.
You can also request for our Free Home Collection Service. Our courier associate will collect the item that you want to exchange or return.
I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?
We generally inform our customers regarding the unavailability of an item by way of email. Do check your email inbox, please. In such a case, we will refund the respective amount along with the delivery expenses via the same payment mode used for the purchase.
If you have not received any email from us, contact us and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
I’ve received incorrect/defective item/s. What should I do?
If you have received an item that is defective or different from the one you ordered, we will arrange for a pick-up of the item/s. We will either send you the correct/new item, if it is available, or refund the amount, in case it is not available. Please contact us to process the pick-up.
